Pork Roast By the Numbers

Step 1:  Pork

Step 2:  Age, slightly.
Step 3: PORK!

Intermission, brought to you by BACON!
Enjoy some bacon today!

Step 4: Stuffing.  Sage, basil, garlic, peppers, salt
Step 5: Wrap + Salt & Pepper. Do not overdo it when you Push It real good.
Step 6: Maillard to taste
Step 7: Slice, serve, and savor.
Step 8: Be jealous, there were leftovers.
Step 9: Wash
Step 10:  Rinse
Repeat until you JUST CAN'T STAND IT!
